The kitchen-living room is equipped with a dining set with six chairs, a gas cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. Two bedrooms with air-conditioning, fans, roller shutters and fly screens are provided. One is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. On the lower floor there is a separate flat with a glazed panoramic terrace furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, living-dining room with open kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee maker. A bedroom with two single beds, fan and fly screens on the windows and a bathroom en suite with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. A few restaurants and a small supermarket are within easy reach in the surrounding area.
The large sandy beach Arenal with promenade is only a few minutes away by car.
