This beautiful, well-maintained property is located on a 800 sqm big, closed private land in a quiet location, within the residential area Balcon al Mar in Javea. A garage and a car park located inside the property. The private pool has a size of 4 x 8 meters and has easy access, via a Roman staircase. Even from the pool you can enjoy a view of the sea.
The garden provides a nice atmosphere in the countryside. It is designed with a variety of Mediterranean plants and large palm trees. For barbecue Friends is ready a separate barbecue house with brick barbecue grill and sink.
In the House itself you will certainly feel comfortable. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and Internet access via WIFI and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the sea. an unforgettable vacation in this holiday home
We stayed in this vacation home in Javea in October with our 2 children.
A very beautiful outdoor area with a large pool and a house with a great view provided us with an unforgettable vacation.
We and the boys used the pool extensively every day. Shopping possibilities are easily accessible by car. Cap Negre and Cap de la Nau can be reached by a short walk. Very worth seeing! It should also be mentioned the on-site property manager - very nice :-)

The booking and key handover went smoothly.
