This 226 sqm villa for exclusive use with 4 bedrooms is located in the villa area Balcon al Mar in Javea and offers a beautiful view to the sea. It is situated in a cul-de-sac on a 600 sqm enclosed private plot. The impressive sea view accompanies you in the villa itself, on the various terraces as well as on the roof terrace.
The two-storey villa, connected by an internal staircase, is suitable for up to eight people. Four double bedrooms with air conditioning are available. The 5 x 10 metre private pool has Roman steps for easy access. An outdoor shower is provided for cooling off in between. Six sun loungers and further garden furniture invite you to relax on the pool terrace. The pool terrace also has a fridge-freezer and a sink. Furthermore, there is a furnished terrace with barbecue grill. On the upper floor, there is another terrace and a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. On the lower floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with double bed (2 single mattresses) and air conditioning. A bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC is provided for this floor. The main living area on the upper floor is divided as follows: Living-dining room with internet connection, air conditioning, flat screen TV with German SAT reception, DVD player and exit to the furnished panoramic terrace. Open kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster. One bedroom with air conditioning and double bed. Guest toilet. One bedroom with a 2 single beds, air conditioning and access to the roof terrace. Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a washing machine. You can park your car inside the property with access gate.
