This gorgeous villa will make your Florida vacation unforgettable. The villa is located in a gated community with a magnificent view of a lake.
Enjoy 2.500 ft² of air-conditioned living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a den with pullout sleeper for 2 persons. You can use the den as an homeoffice or a 4. bedroom.
New installed UV light in aircondition system to clean the air from viruses (such as coronavirus, influenza, rhinoviruses, SARS, common cold) and bacteria (such as legionella, tuberculosis etc.) and and Vocs (such as formaldeyde, carbon monoxide, pesticide, toxic mold, methylene chloride, nitrogen dioxide, toluene, benzene). Aircondition is whisper quiet. You can also just dehumidify air without cooling, wich creates a very good indoor climate, when it´s not necessary to cool, e.g. winter.
The spacious living room invites you to relax and offers enough space for the whole family. The fully equipped modern kitchens make every chef's heart beat faster.
There are 4 TVs in the villa (Xfinity cable TV extra 125+ HD channels, Roku TV at every TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix…).
The generous pool area is fully screen-protected to protect against insects, allowing long BBQ evenings until late at night. The comfortable seating on the patio is complemented by a fully functional outdoor grill kitchen which makes a BBQ very comfortable.
Cool off in the private pool or relax in the hot tub after a long day of shopping.
