The tastefully furnished holiday flat Ostseetraum on the 1st floor is spread over two floors.
The holiday flat consists of a combined living and dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave, a living room with cosy couch corner, flat screen satellite TV.
There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the top floor of the house and can be reached via an open staircase in the living room and has a flat-screen satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a towel radiator. A large south-facing balcony with cosy patio furniture and parasol invites you to relax.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle shed. A high chair and a travel cot are available for younger guests.
The flat has a reserved parking space (no. 3).
Pets can be brought along after consultation.

The new island harbour in Prerow is set to open at the start of the 2024 season. The 720 metre-long bridge will be the longest pier in the Baltic Sea region. The new harbour will include a berth for a 28-metre-long rescue cruiser from the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS), eight berths for local fishermen and 33 berths for pleasure craft seeking protection. The future harbour building will also have a roof terrace offering a panoramic view of Prerow Bay and the island harbour.
With the construction of the island harbour in Prerow, a shipping connection to the Danish island of Møn (Denmark), Rügen, Usedom and Hiddensee is also to be re-established.

In fact, Baltic Sea dream
The holiday apartment lives up to its description. A spacious apartment that has been beautifully and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can really cook for yourself. The apartment is clean, tidy, and thanks to various cleaning tools, it is possible to remove the sand brought in by yourself. The apartment is centrally located and yet quiet, the parking space directly in front of the house is great. There is nothing to complain about here. Thank you for a great vacation, I will come back.

A completely successful vacation
We had a really great vacation on the Baltic Sea.
This holiday apartment is wonderful and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. Spacious rooms, a well-equipped and spacious kitchen. Additionally, the furnishings are really high quality and the balcony is perfect for ending the day. Overall, the apartment is very clean and well-maintained.
The contact with the landlord was extremely pleasant and uncomplicated. We will definitely come back!
