This is a stone house, restored to its former beauty; also a lawn garden, nothing paved. Playing on a lawn is much better! The 90cm walls cool the house in the summer. Private 300mq garden:barbecue, table, chairs beneath the pergola, loungers for the garden and beach. The large Mediteranean property has two additional holidays homes. Guestes only share the pool area and they don't bother each other. Your kids can meet new friends! Fun guaranteed! Sea 20' drive away. All inclusive! Pool is cleaned twice a day also with water quality controll. In the pool without a schedule.

Peace and relaxation
Unfortunately, this time it was only a few days, but our third stay at Alfea and Gabriele's was again very beautiful and relaxing. We were, as always, warmly welcomed and felt completely comfortable. The house, the garden, the pool..., the whole property is tastefully and lovingly maintained and a wonderful starting point for exploring the surroundings.
The family care provided by the very sympathetic hosts, Alfea and Gabriele, is exceptional and decisive for us to come back again and again.

Un'atmosfera magica.
Ritorniamo sempre con gioia in questo luogo. Alfea e Gabriele sono dei padroni di casa di una generosità eccezionale.
A Domos Selene non manca nulla : una casa accogliente, un giardino curatissimo, una bella piscina, un clima ideale di giorno e di sera. È insomma un'oasi di pace da cui si riparte rigenerati, aspettando di ritornarci.

Beautiful holiday
We spent a wonderful holiday in Muntrilj in June 22 with 3 of our 4 boys. Our landlords, a really lovely Italian couple, were always there to help and advise us, whether it was with the barbecue or choosing the best beach....
Our house was clean and lovingly furnished, the garden or the property incredibly well-kept and rich in flowers, the pool is cleaned twice a day by the landlord. You felt at home right from the start. Even though it seems very familiar, there is equally the possibility to stay for oneself, as each house has its own private garden area.
The landscape is beautiful and you can reach the sea, pretty mountain villages like Motovun or Pazin with its impressive gorge or cave in a short time by car.
So there is something for everyone and we all enjoyed it very much!

Beautiful and perfect holiday

Ferienoase in Istrien
Wie auch schon im letzten Jahr haben wir unseren Sommerurlaub im "Haus der Schmetterlinge" verbracht. Das Haus ist Teil eines wunderschönen und liebevoll gepflegten Anwesens im kleinen Örtchen Muntrilj im Hinterland Istriens. Das Meer und die nahen Küstenstädte sind mit dem Auto in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen, allerdings laden der schöne Garten und der große Pool durchaus dazu ein, auch mal einen Tag einfach 'zu Hause' zu bleiben.
Alfea und Gabriele sind sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber, die jederzeit dafür sorgen, daß es einem an nichts fehlt und man sich richtig wohl fühlt.
Als Familie mit Kindern kann man es kaum besser treffen, wenn man sich einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub wünscht.

Oasi di pace vicino al mare
Sono rimasta subito colpita dalla bellezza del complesso, un’antica casa ristrutturata con rispetto e cura.

Si tratta di vivere una vacanza in completo relax, immersi in un'0asi di verde e piante fiorite, potendo usufruire di una piscina e di una disponibilità dei proprietari assoluta. Senza contare che a pochi km ci sono le spiagge di Parenzo e il suo centro storico caratteristico.

Soggiorno relax a villa delle Farfalle
La casa delle farfalle presenta tutti i confort necessari per una vacanza di autentico relax. L'ambiente è molto accogliente e arredato con gusto. Lo spazio esterno riservato solo agli ospiti della casa consente privacy e quiete. Possibilità anche di fruire della piscina e di tutti gli spazi del giardino ricco di piante e fiori.
Al tutto si aggiunge la simpatia e la cordialità di Alfea e Gabriele.

Oase des Friedens
Alfea und Gabriele haben uns in dieser wunderschönen rustikalen Struktur, praktisch im Zentrum aller schönsten Strände Istriens, herzlich empfangen. Wir mieteten das Schmetterlingshaus für drei Personen und hatten eine tolle Zeit: Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles war da. (Wi-Fi, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Backofen, etc ...)
Alfea und Gabriele waren immer sehr hilfsbereit bei allem, was mit dem Haus zu tun hat.
Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ermöglicht es Kindern und Erwachsenen, einen Tag der absoluten Entspannung zu verbringen.
Der Ort ist, wie bereits erwähnt, 20 bis 30 Minuten von allen schönsten Stränden entfernt. Ich empfehle unbedingt einen Ausflug in den wunderschönen Park von Kamenjak / Premantura und einen Besuch des wunderschönen und historischen Porec und Rovinj (jeweils 20 und 30 Minuten mit dem Auto).
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Sommeridyll mit Traumgarten
Im Schmetterlingshaus haben wir als Familie dieses Jahr eine wunderschöne Sommerzeit verbracht. Das Haus und das ganze Anwesen haben uns sehr gefallen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von Alfeas wunderschönen Antiquitäten und Sammelstücken, die überall liebevoll dekoriert waren. Absolut begeistert hat uns auch die wundervolle Gartenanlage mit den vielen Pergolen, verschiedensten Gartenbereichen und tollen Pflanzen aller Art. Nicht zu vergessen der perfekt integrierte und einzigartig gepflegte Pool. In einer vorherigen Bewertung werden Alfea und Gabriel als kleine sehr aufmerksame Hausgeister bezeichnet, die auf wunderbar diskrete Weise immer zur Stelle sind, wenn man etwas braucht und so dazu beitragen, dass man seinen Urlaub in dieser Idylle einfach genießen kann. Hier können wir uns nur anschließen!
