The kitchen, a dining room and a living room are in the common area located on the ground floor from which you have an access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The house has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds). The bedroom on the ground floor is adapted for the needs of the disabled and the remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Guests can enjoy in the private pool, garden and summer sun terrace. The villa offers all the benefits for a family vacation in a beautiful Istrian environment. Zuzici is a small village near Tinjan. The town of Istrian ham (Pršut) Tinjan is a small town in the interior of Istria, on the road that connects Poreč with Pazin. Poreč is only 20 km away, and the nearest beaches are Zelena and Plava Laguna. Porec is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istrian County, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archives and the Zarečko roof - also known as the Pazin beach.
