Description
On an approx. 200sqm plot, the modern mobile home with 45sqm, built in 2019, offers you a unique holiday experience at the Bay of Lübeck. Surrounded by a dreamlike forest, the Baltic Sea camp is situated in a quiet location. Here you will find a top-class bungalow with an 18sqm veranda, which is ideally suited for a holiday with up to five people and a dog.
The open living area invites you to spend relaxing evenings with the whole family. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The adjoining dining area offers space for five people. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200cm), as does the children's room with a double bed (140x200) and a bunk bed (90x200cm) with fall protection. Ideal for up to three children or two adults.
A parking space for your vehicle is available free of charge on the premises for the duration of your stay
Fresh bread rolls are available in the morning directly in "Ursel's Bistro" on the grounds
If the kitchen remains cold or you would like to be spoiled with a rich breakfast, simply visit "Ursel's Bisto". Here you can expect tasty food alongside freshly tapped beer and cocktails.
Whether breakfast or the BBQ in the evening - on the partially covered veranda or in the garden of the house is no problem!
Volleyball or rather table tennis? A variety of leisure activities are available on the grounds of the Baltic Sea Camp.
Washing machines and dryers are available at the campsite for a fee, and bicycles can also be rented here (April - October).
New from October 2022: The site has a very cosy sauna house. Day tickets can be booked at the reception.
Enjoy the quiet location of the campsite in the middle of the forest 'Neukoppel'. The beach and the centre of Haffkrug are nevertheless within easy reach. By bike, you can reach the sea and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach of Haffkrug in just 5 minutes.
So that you don't have to do without your favourite four-legged friend on holiday, you are welcome to come with your dog (€25 per stay). The property is completely fenced in. The forest is at your feet for long walks. Between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein there are six dog beaches where your dog can let off steam. Beach chair lovers also get their money's worth at some sections of the beach. In the cool season, you can take your furry friend to the beach everywhere.
On request, we are happy to provide a linen package (bed linen and towels) for an extra charge of 20€ per person.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all fellow travellers also comply with the house rules. All objects in the holiday home may be used by the tenant. We ask that you treat the furnishings and equipment of our holiday home with respect. We ask and are very grateful if you wear slippers in the holiday home and take off street shoes in the entrance area.
All furniture of the interior may not be brought or moved outside. Rearranging furniture is not permitted in any way.
Settings on the heating or electronic devices in the holiday property may not be changed or reprogrammed without prior consultation with the landlord.
If you have booked a linen set, it will be on the respective beds when you arrive. Please remove the used bed linen on your departure and put it in the bathroom. Everything you need for a usual stay is ready for you and should be used. An initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper is provided. Smoking is not permitted in the entire building. Please go to the terrace or garden area and use an ashtray. Cigarette butts must not be disposed of in the building's household waste. If there are burn marks or holes, the tenant is responsible for the repair costs and must report this damage. Ensure that the rooms are adequately ventilated by airing them at regular intervals to prevent the formation of mould and odours. During the agreed rental period, you assume responsibility for the rented holiday home. Always close all doors when leaving and always take the front door key with you. We accept no liability in the event of burglary or theft. Please supervise your children and ensure that your "little ones" also observe the house rules. We accept no liability for personal injury. Quiet times must be observed. According to the site regulations, these are from 22:00 - 7:00 hrs and 12:00 - 14:00 hrs
Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. may only be returned to their storage places in a clean and dry condition. Hot objects such as pots or pans should always be placed on tables and worktops with coasters. Use a kitchen board as a base for cutting and chopping food.
We ask you to leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean
The seat cushions for chairs and garden loungers should be stored in the existing cushion box or in the building overnight and in rainy weather.
The charcoal barbecue is available for use at any time. Fire accelerants and open fires are prohibited in all cases.
After using the barbecue, dispose of the cooled ashes and barbecue residues in the residual waste. ( not in the house )
You can park in the car park belonging to the building on the premises. The landlord accepts no liability for the vehicle parked in the car park and its contents
In case something gets broken or damaged, please inform us immediately and not at the time of your departure
The tenant is liable for major damage to the equipment. We will take care of all other minor damage, such as broken glasses or similar. Please let us know that something has been broken.
Waste must be carefully separated. Bins for residual waste, paper, glass and plastic packaging are available for disposal next to the washhouse.
Please never throw food leftovers, waste or hygiene articles down the toilet or other drains.
Leave the holiday property in a tidy condition, this includes emptying the fridge and wiping it dry, returning dishes and dry to their place.
Dispose of any remaining food. If necessary, put away oven and grill, garden furniture neatly. Switch off electrical appliances (except fridge)
Dispose of household rubbish in the rubbish bins provided.
Leave our holiday home swept clean.
Please check that all doors are closed before returning the keys.

Our stay April 2022
The house is really nicely furnished, was in any case fully in order for our stay (3 nights). It is easy to get to, is comfortably situated in a wooded area and the Baltic Sea beach is really not far away.
As a tip for the landlord, a bit more cutlery and crockery would be appropriate. Then the dishwasher wouldn't have to be turned on so often. What we have to complain about is the following: During our stay, the site was a construction site. Many new mobile homes were being built and the work machines were running all day until 8 pm. In addition, the advertised kiosk (for bread rolls) was closed the whole time. Fortunately, we had taken precautions.
The playground wasn't exactly state-of-the-art either. But I think that the place will be quite nice after the construction work, when everything is finished. The contact with the landlord was really smooth and it was a very nice contact.

Super Super Super
We can only say,it was super nice...For families just a dream,a playground as well as washing machine and dryer on the premises...For fresh rolls in the morning is also provided at the bistro...By foot the beach is 20min away,but a walk is really worth it...By car no more than 5min...Either way a dreamlike short trip...Many thanks to the nice landlords who allow a contactless key transfer at Corona times and were always approachable....

Super relaxed even with 5 people
The home is super cosy furnished. Even with 2 children it was cosy and highly recommended! One star cleanliness deduction, as unfortunately there was hair from the previous tenant. And the floor was also crumbly. But otherwise top and highly recommended!

Mein Urlaub im Haus Sandburg
Mitte Juni habe ich eine Woche das Häuschen "Sandburg" gemietet und war total begeistert von diesem wunderbaren Urlaub, da es zum Einen in einem sehr schönen Waldstück liegt, welches zu langen, erholsamen Spaziergängen einlädt und man hier die Natur in vollen Zügen genießt. Andererseits ist man mit einem normalen Fahrrad aber auch wiederum in ca 4 Minuten direkt am Strand der schönen Ostsee. Hier findet man alles an Gastronomie, Erholung, sowie traumhaft angelegte Rad-und Fußwege, auf welchen man von Haffkrug aus, Scharbeutz und auch den Timmendorfer Strand erreichen und entdecken kann. Das Häuschen scheint nagelneu und lässt vom Interieur her keinerlei Wünsche offen. Von einer Mikrowellen/Backofen- Kombination, einem Induktionsherd, über eine Spülmaschine, ein CD Radio bis hin zu einem großen Flachbild TV, sind jegliche Annehmlichkeiten für einen entspannten, ja durchaus luxoriösen Urlaub vorhanden. Die erhöhte Terrasse, mit Gartentisch, Stühlen und sogar Chillsofa suggeriert einen Urlaub an Deck eines Schiffes und selbst ein Kohlegrill gehört mit zu der umfangreichen Ausstattung dieses tollen Hauses. Weiterhin ist das Häuschen modern und dabei aber sehr gemütlich und hell eingerichtet, so dass man sich selbst an Regentagen pudelwohl dort fühlt. Auf dem Platz gibt es frische Brötchen, eine Cafe mit Außenterrasse, einen kleinen warmen Snack (wenn man mal nicht kochen oder ausgehen möchte) und auch mal eine neue Zahnbürste im Notfall, wenn man diese, wie ich zum Beispiel, vergessen hat ;-) Auch die Nachbarn in Ihren Häusern, welche ja durch das zum Haus gehörende Grundstück auf genug Distanz wohnen , waren allesamt sehr freundlich und dennoch hatte man seine Ruhe, so wie es im Urlaub ja sein sollte. Vom normalem Campingbetrieb des Platzes bekommt man kaum etwas mit, da die Häuschen alle separiert zu diesem liegen. Ich habe mich in meiner Sandburg rundherum pudelwohl gefühlt und für den Herbst schon wieder gebucht, da einen der Urlaub dort absolut vom stressi
