Description
"Villa Emanuele" consists of a main villa and a small neighboring house, in the same property.
It's on a hill, in a quiet residential area between the villages of Costarainera, Lingueglietta and Cipressa, yet at less than 10 minutes by car from the beach.
Beautiful garden with lawns, palm and olive trees. Weekly maintenance by a gardener.
Garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols. Tennis table.
The swimming pool (10x5 m) can be heated in winter and cold seasons.
Wooden pool house, with whirlpool hot-tub for 5 persons, and shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: pool heating and hot-tub are included in rental price ONLY in some periods.

The main villa has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 12 people.
It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.
Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.
The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.
It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.
Two alcove bedrooms, both with Satellite TV, on the mezzanine.
Please note that the small annex hosts 4 people maximum, and it's not suitable for small children or elderly people, because there is a steep staircase to the mezzanine bedrooms. The ceiling of the ground floor is approximately 1,9 m and the ceiling of the bedrooms is 1/1.2 m.
Outside of the annex, there is a patio for "al fresco" dining, with grill, table, chairs, couch.
Small gravel garden, children elastic trampoline available.
Free parking inside the property, for 2 cars, behind a gate, plus another parking outside of the property. One more parking near the annex.
In all bedrooms and living rooms there is satellite TV, with all the international free channels.
Free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor, little laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron / ironing board. Freezer in the storeroom behind the main house.
Air conditioning with cooling and heating function (and radiators for winter) in the main house.

Great house, idyllic location
The house is nice and big, surrounded by hills with a view of the sea. It takes 15 minutes by car to get to the next shop!
The garden is great, volleyball net, ping-pong table, pool, everything your heart desires
The host is super, very cordial. He helps where he can and has great tips on what to do in the area. Therefore: Mega mega mega

Very beautiful villa with excellent hosts
Nice and huge elegant house. Everything looks like on the pictures. Beautiful sunrise from the upper room terrace and nice view into the landscape from the big terrace in the common area. The pool and jacuzzi are great. They were cleaned every day. The kitchen has everything you need. The stove could be more modern. The mattresses in the rooms downstairs could be more comfortable.
What has to be mentioned especially is the kindness and helpfulness of the owner and his mom. They were extremely friendly and helped us a lot, even when we had an emergency in the middle of the night. They also immediately called technicians when something didn t work. Really excellent service.

Villa meravigliosa ?
La Villa Emanuele è il posto perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia, i più piccoli della casa si sono divertiti un sacco. É un posto molto tranquillo e lontano dal caos, per chi arriva da una città come Milano merita proprio.. e i proprietari dobbiamo dire sono molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti.
Il posto ideale per chi ha bambini e animali domestici, anche il nostro Baloo (Il nostro cagnolone ) si è divertito tanto in tutto quel verde che ha la casa! Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

Prima di tutto, laccoglienza il giorno del nostro arrivo è stato top. Il signor Franco e sua mamma sono due persone formidabili.
Il nostro alloggio valeva il prezzo pagato sinceramente parlando. Io ed i miei amici avevo libero uso degli spazi, potevamo far festa fino ad x ore, comunque era bello era come se stessimo a casa nostra. Ed era questo il bello di questa vacanza. Comunque ilsignor Franco era disponibile a qualsiasi momento ed anche molto aperto.

Le vacanze da sogno posso essere realta'. il proprietario ci ha accolto in modo encomiabile dal primo giorno. una cura nei particolari e un'Attenzione agli adulti e ai bimbi perfetta.
la villa e'perfettamente mantenuta, e le foto sono lo specchio preciso della realta'.
la piscina e la zona spa sono intrattenute benissimo, e molto pulite.
ogni stanza e'arredata con gusto e offre la possibilita' per ogni eta'di sentirsi benissimo. la zona intorno e'bellissima, con possibilita'di raggiungere mare e paesini tipici in un attimo.
la vista dalla villa e'fantastica e in tutta la struttura si sente la voglia da parte del proprietario di offrire un'esperienza indimenticabile ai vacanzieri.

Villa perfetta per 16 persona, comoda e accogliente in tutte le sue stanze. Affittabile in tutte le stagioni. Bella come nelle foto e dotata di qualsiasi comfort possibile, proprietario sempre disponibile reperibile, io consiglio questa struttura e inoltre riandrei in qualsiasi momento.

Villa da film!
La villa del signor Franco è veramente stupenda, abbiamo passato una settimana di relax totale con la nostra "larga" famiglia. La casa è spaziosissima, c'è un salone davvero enorme comodo per cenare tutti insieme, anche se in realtà abbiamo sempre cenato all'aperto nella grande veranda tra il soggiorno e il prato. C'è una seconda "villetta" che è un piccolo fabbricato posto a pochi metri di distanza, dove i ragazzi hanno avuto la loro privacy. Questa seconda casetta non la raccomanderei però a persone anziane, perché c'è una scala un po' ripida e le camere sono col soffitto basso e materasso tipo futon. Le camere nella villa invece sono belle, soprattutto quella grande al primo piano. Insomma direi che questa villa è consigliatissima, non manca nulla, piscina, idromassaggio, tv, wifi eccetera. Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza o richiesta, buon segno, dimostra che ci tiene molto al buon successo della sua Villa Emanuele, successo che merita e che gli auguriamo, sperando di poter tornare in futuro a fargli visita.

Top villa in Liguria
The villa of mr. Franco is really amazing.
We spent a fabulous week at Villa Emanuele in 14 people. Lot of space, lot of fun: we had a pool, a ping-pong tennis table, a Jacuzzi available in a house near the pool; TVs everywhere, garden, Bbq... everything perfect.
Franco was always available in case of need, it seems that he really wants that his guests stay well.
A good experience, I would recommend this home for large family groups like ours.
We are thinking to come back again in 2020!
