Exclusive ambience with a total of 250 m² of living space is offered by this holiday home, which was newly built in 2015 and very exclusively furnished.
The villa has three master suites with king-size beds, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The villa offers plenty of space for the whole family but also enough privacy for 2 couples arriving for a golf or beach holiday.
You enter the villa and are impressed by the high ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open to a magnificent view of the canal
The fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop and high quality stainless steel appliances leaves nothing to be desired.
Everything is modern and tasteful with an open plan living area and large dining table providing plenty of space for a games night or a nice dinner with family or friends.
The west-facing terrace area is also exceptional. A place where you can easily spend the whole day; whether swimming in the large pool or relaxing in the attached whirlpool, or enjoying the evening sun with a glass of wine or barbecuing in the large outdoor kitchen, here you can enjoy your holiday and let your soul dangle
For even more outdoor fun, there is an additional sun terrace directly on the canal with a tiki hat
which is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.

In the immediate vicinity you will find the supermarket Puplix . The nearby Cape Harbor Marina and Downtown Cape Coral offers many restaurants for all your culinary needs.

All prices are for 2 persons plus 11.5% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax Each additional person is charged 60 Euro per night plus 11.5% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax.
Children up to 4 years stay free from 5 - 13 years 30 Euro per night plus 11.5% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax
Electricity consumption is charged extra at 0.17 Euro per Kw/hour, plus 11.5% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax
The deposit is 800 Euro for 10 days, 1.000 Euro for 14 days, 1.200 Euro for 21 days and 1.500 Euro per month
The costs for cleaning are 200 U$ for 2 persons, 220 U$ for 4 persons and 250 U$ for 6 persons and should be paid in cash at Move In
In case of a long term rental or more persons the costs for cleaning will increase. This is all stipulated in the rental contract.
For a booking of 3 weeks you get a special price
Arrival daily possible.
The following services are included
Telephone (regional), wireless high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, beach loungers, beach towels, parasol are available in the house.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of a cancellation by the tenant, the landlord/agency will charge a cancellation fee of 500 euros and require the following compensation from the tenant: 90 days before the rental start 25% of the rental cost 60 days before the rental start 50% of the rental cost 30 days before the rental start 75% of the rental cost Less than 20 days before the rental start 100% of the rental cost If the agency/administration charges extra hours for setting up and dismantling a child safety fence at the pool, obtaining a crib or high chair, this will be deducted from the deposit with an extra invoice. If the USA closes its borders and the tenant cannot enter, a rebooking can be made without a cancellation fee. The deposits and remaining conditions will remain in place. Alternatively, the tenant will receive their deposit back minus the cancellation fees. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing to the agency.

Great house and top service!

This is the third time we have rented this house and we are always very satisfied. The location is great, the house invites you to feel good and is very well maintained. The property manager, Mrs Niedermair, is also extremely friendly and the service is first class, so you can totally relax and don't have to worry about anything. All enquiries, before, during and after the rental, are answered immediately and straight away. We would be very happy to come back to this house and can recommend the service of Mrs Niedermair (Five Star Realty) without reservation!

Dream house for wonderful holidays

This beautiful holiday home was our holiday home for 14 days and we would have liked to stay longer
The house offers everything you could wish for in terms of luxury. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, barbecue, terrace and pool-all beautiful
We had already booked this accommodation for 2020-which could not take place for pandemic reasons. Since the landlord was very accommodating, it was clear to us that we would book again
Mrs Niedermair is the responsible manager and has done everything, whether booking, house tour, questions, wishes or the final discussion with much friendliness and great competence
We have already booked again for next year and are already looking forward to it

Fantastic property in an ideal location

I have spent two weeks at the villa now. The house is fantastic, with a large living room and a large kitchen. All three bedrooms with king-size beds have an ensuite bathroom. The pool has a separate hot tub integrated into it. The terrace is protected from flies and mosquitoes by a new screen (cage). The boat deck has been newly laid out. Overall, the house is in very well-maintained condition, according to German standards. The infrastructure in general is good. German baker is a five-minute drive away by car and also larger supermarkets or pharmacies are 5 minutes away. Interesting for boaters: with a rented boat, you are on the Caloosahatchee River, which leads to the open sea, in a few minutes.

Have already booked again for next year! :)

Paradise by the Canal

We spent two weeks at Villa Atlantic and are absolutely thrilled! The house has 3 large bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, and a huge kitchen with an open living and dining area. In addition, the house is furnished in a super modern style, and there is nothing missing in terms of amenities. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are extremely well-maintained and very clean. A big plus was also the fast Wi-Fi and the wide range of TV programs, which did not exclude any American sports. Our highlight, however, was the separately heated hot tub, which we used almost every evening. All in all, we can recommend this villa 100%, as we have rarely felt as comfortable in vacation rental as in this one. Therefore, a big thank you to the very friendly property management, who we could always turn to with questions, and to the landlord of the house, without whom these two weeks full of relaxation and well-being would not have been possible.

The vacation in the Villa Atlantic for 2020 is already booked!

Great luxurious location, very close to the river and waterways to the golf.

We have enjoyed two fantastic weeks in this beautiful house. Everything was just perfect: from the super nice email contact with the property manager before the trip, to the stylish furnishings and design of the house, to the on-site support provided by the German-speaking property management. The house is ideally oriented to the south/west, so you can enjoy the sun and the sunset at the pool all day long. The pictures did not exaggerate. Beds large and comfortable mattresses. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Very nice bathrooms.
The boat dock and the location by the river are perfect for those who want to rent a boat. From here, you can quickly get out on the river and go to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva.
We will definitely come back!

Perfect!

The villa is very tastefully furnished. You will find everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed, even the knives were sharp. The three large bedrooms are very nicely furnished, each with a fantastic bathroom attached. The new cage/screen is brilliant with very large fields. We often sat in the hot tub, which heated up to 102°Fahrenheit (39°C) in about 1 hour. This was our 3rd... House in Cape Coral and it was by far the most beautiful. Top location and great amenities. We also loved the stone picture behind the dining table that lights up at night. We had a great time in this comfortably equipped house.
