This luxurious, completely newly built (2019) holiday home in Zealand-style is situated in a quiet location on the edge of Westerschouwen, just a few steps from the dunes and beach. You can enjoy the sun all day long in the newly laid out, large garden. In the lounge corner you can end the day in style with a drink while the children let off steam on the trampoline. Of course the grill is not missing either.
The spacious, newly furnished living room has a comfortable sitting area. There is a digital television with many German channels and free WLAN. From the living room you reach the large terrace with lounge corner.
In the generously equipped open kitchen (2019), next to the dining area, there is an induction hob, a dishwasher, a combi microwave and a fridge/freezer.
From the kitchen you can reach the cosy veranda, where you can relax even in less good weather.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a luxury boxspring double bed and ample cupboards. The adjacent bathroom has a large Italian shower and washbasin furniture. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
The stairs take you to the first floor with two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with two luxury boxspring single beds and plenty of cupboards. On this floor you will find an additional bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin furniture and toilet.
The whole house is centrally heated with a heat pump. The pump provides pleasant cooling in summer. A washing machine is available. There are plenty of parking spaces on the premises.
"De Parel van Schouwen" was built in 2018 with very high quality materials completely new. The ideal location for those who love luxury, peace and space.

The cottage is 15 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Zeeland. Here you can relax wonderfully or become active in water sports!
Also the beautiful forest and nature area "De Boswachterij" is only a stone's throw away, as well as the sociable restaurants in Westenschouwen.
The holiday home is on the edge of Westenschouwen. Here you will find all the peace and nature that Zeeland has to offer. This area is also a true paradise for golfers.
