It is a comfortable holiday home for 2-9 people in the heart of the hiking region Schmallenberger Sauerland. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In winter, enjoy the cozy warmth of the tiled stove in the spacious living area. The living room has a dining area for 9 people as well as a comfortable sofa set. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator with 4-star compartment, microwave, coffee machine, etc. A high chair and a crib are provided upon request. A covered balcony, 2 terraces, as well as the large property with a fantastic view of nature complete the feel-good offer. You can park your car in the garage. Dogs that can behave are allowed. A ski lift can be found in Schmallenberg. Hikers have the optimal location due to the immediate proximity to the Rothaarsteig and many other hiking trails. The house was completely renovated in 2004 and has since been partially renovated or renewed continuously!

The vacation home offers space for 2-8 people. It is beautifully situated, with a magnificent unobstructed view of the Rothaargebirge. This location and the large property promise a relaxing vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of the structural exploitation of the hillside property is the house unfortunately can not move freely on the property and wonderful romp. Travel cot and high chair for children are available. Dogs, which can behave, are also happy to the house is a garage, where, in addition to your car or motorcycle also bicycles and skis find space. Very good accommodation
The house is very cleanly run and has 4 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. The living area offers plenty of space for togetherness. The tiled stove provides a cosy warmth. The handling with the landlord was completely uncomplicated
We would also like to mention the rustic alpine hut within walking distance and 10 minutes away

a calm and tranquil turn of the year
Everything of the best, we didn't miss anything! The holiday home "Schanze 19" is really a pearl. We immediately felt picked up and at home. With 3 couples we slipped here from 2021 into 2022, and that without loud banging. We will definitely come here again!

Simply great!
We (3 couples from the Ruhr area) were able to spend a wonderful weekend in this holiday home. The location of the house is very beautiful and invites you to go hiking. The view from the balcony is fantastic; we really enjoyed it while having our morning coffee. The house is very well equipped, very clean/well maintained, and the layout is well thought out (we particularly liked that there is a bathroom attached to each bedroom). The large dining/living room is very cozy; we spent many beautiful hours there together. We were all extremely enthusiastic and will definitely come back. The booking and handling were also smooth, and we can really recommend this house.

The vacation house "Schanze 19" is located in Schanze in the middle of the land of 1000 mountains. The house was built in the 70s by my grandparents as an oasis of tranquility, and was completely renovated and refurbished in the summer of 2004. My grandparents hiked the Sauerland at the end of the 60s. During these hikes they "discovered" Schanze and the property on which they built the house. The house served my grandparents as a retreat from their hectic professional lives. The beautiful location with the magnificent view , which has an immensely calming effect on the well-being, has not changed until today. This location of the house makes the hearts of all hikers, skiers , families, golfers and simply all who like to live with nature, beat faster. Since 2005 the Winkelmann family is at your side as landlords.
