The interior of the villa is elegantly furnished and equipped to the smallest detail. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite, a fully equipped open concept kitchen with a kitchen island and a large, spacious living room from which one can step onto a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, right by the pool, overlooking a beautiful fenced olive garden. Still on the ground floor there is a multimedia room where you can play video games or enjoy your favorite movie, with the possibility of watching even from the pool. On the upper floor there is a playroom with a billiard table and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for the privacy of the tenants. All rooms are connected by a balcony that extends to the terrace with a spacious hi-tech whirlpool. Here you can relax with a massage with over 100 nozzles (hydro and air) and an ambience of 40 lights and your favorite music from the speakers with a subwoofer.

For cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date – 100% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days before arrival, a refund of the reservation is possible only if restrictive measures imposed by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to vaccinated persons. The term “measure” is understood to mean that vaccinated persons must also undergo quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. A refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or fewer days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can use exclusively on the Istra Vacation website for future reservations, and no later than 2 years from the date of issue. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount paid to confirm the reservation for which the refund is now being granted.
