Description

The interior of the villa is elegantly furnished and equipped to the smallest detail. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite, a fully equipped open concept kitchen with a kitchen island and a large, spacious living room from which one can step onto a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, right by the pool, overlooking a beautiful fenced olive garden. Still on the ground floor there is a multimedia room where you can play video games or enjoy your favorite movie, with the possibility of watching even from the pool. On the upper floor there is a playroom with a billiard table and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for the privacy of the tenants. All rooms are connected by a balcony that extends to the terrace with a spacious hi-tech whirlpool. Here you can relax with a massage with over 100 nozzles (hydro and air) and an ambience of 40 lights and your favorite music from the speakers with a subwoofer.
