Description

Welcome to this beautiful and new property located in a quiet residential area in Banjole, just 4 km from Medulin. It is an ideal retreat from the stress of everyday life, yet only a short drive from the beautiful beaches and other well-known tourist attractions. The interiors are bright, well furnished and modern. On the first floor there is the equipped kitchen with the dining area and the living room with direct access to the terrace. The property consists of three bedrooms, two double and one children's room with bunk beds. Outside you will find a cozy pool, a covered terrace and the lounge area. There is also a barbecue for delicious dinners. The entire property is walled and protected for privacy during your vacation. The property is perfect for a family vacation!
From the property to the beach is 2 km and the distance to the center is 3 km. The nearest grocery store is 800 meters from the vacation property. In 400 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Perfect Pool

We were very satisfied with our stay. The landlady was very accommodating and took good care of us. Everything was very central, and we had various activities in the area. We also had a selection of beaches and beach bars. The pool was perfect for relaxing and was great for our older boys as well. We drove home happy.

Great vacation

The house was great. Everything you needed was available (except spices/hygiene products/cleaning supplies). You have to bring those yourself. Super nice landlord. Communication was easy and quick.

Terrace with pool

Beautiful house with large rooms and a nice terrace with a pool, in a quiet area. Near the nature reserve. Two parking spaces are available behind the house.

We had a very nice time in the house! The furnishings were simple but completely sufficient, and everything was clean and functional – just right for a relaxing vacation. It was especially nice to sit outside by the pool in good weather and enjoy the tranquility, even though we didn't use the pool itself due to the temperatures. The house is a great starting point for excursions in the area – the sea is not far away, and there are many opportunities for cycling or small city trips, e.g. to Pula or other charming places in the region. The location was pleasantly quiet, perfect for unwinding. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Overall, a successful stay – we felt comfortable and would love to come back!
