Description
The plot is approx. 500 square metres in size, surrounded by blooming flowers and plants. The terrace at the house is about 30 square metres, the 8 x 4 m pool is for exclusive use. It has a depth of 1.60 metres.
The house has a living area of approx. 60 square metres, all on one level, is modern and comfortably furnished.
The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, a large fridge-freezer, wine fridge, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and a toaster.
In the living room with a comfortable sofa set there is an LCD TV with German TV programmes. The set can be converted into a 140 x 200 cm bed.
From here you also have access to the terrace and the beautiful garden.
The bedroom, which is separated from the living area by a free-standing wall, has a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe. The double bed is 160 x 190 cm (one mattress).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a hairdryer and a washing machine.
Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided.
The house "Los Dragos" is for non-smoking guests. Outside, on the terrace, it is of course no problem.
A hire car is required and can be parked in front of the house. A few steps lead from here to your holiday home.
As the distance to Playa San Juan is only just over 1 km, it is of course also possible to reach the village on foot.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "Los Dragos" is located just above the small coastal village of Playa San Juan at an altitude of only 120 metres. It was named after the dragon trees that grow in the garden of the holiday finca. The holiday home offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of La Gomera and La Palma.
Let yourself be spoilt by the beauty, diversity and sunshine in this region and enjoy the mild climate in the southwest of Tenerife.
The town of Playa de San Juan is more than just very popular with individual tourists, as it not only has a beautiful sandy beach, but also offers numerous bars and restaurants. There is no mass tourism here, as no hotels attract package tourists. Families with small children will appreciate the small beach in the harbour basin, which is protected from high waves and slopes gently, making it very suitable for the little ones.
Those who want to go for long walks are also in good hands here. A well-developed promenade leads past bizarre lava formations that always offer something new to discover.
Here on the finca where bananas are grown, you are far away from all the hustle and bustle. The banana actually grows quietly and quietly and requires very little care until it is harvested.

Cancellation terms:
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows: - For cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price, - For cancellation from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price, - For cancellation from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price, - From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price. - In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged. - The fee for a cancellation is EUR 52.

A wonderful house
Thank you for your email and for taking our booking for lovely Finca Dragos.
We really enjoyed our week in Tenerife and were impressed by our holiday home. Everything worked very well. The villa was superbly equipped and set in a very pretty, well maintained setting with stunning sea views.
We liked San Juan and the fact that it has not been over-developed. We did travel around the island in our rental car. We loved Garrachico and the road across the mountains.
We have no criticisms of the villa or the description of it which was accurate.
We did find it hard to identify the right gate into the road down to the villa but Uwe guided us and was very friendly and helpful.
The temperature of the water in the pool was cold, but hardly surprising because it was January.
We would have appreciated the BBC News channel but this was not an issue for us.
Overall we loved Finca Dragos as we told our friends who recommended it to us.

A little paradise!
This wonderful finca, in the middle of a banana plantation, leaves nothing to be desired. We, a family with 2 children 9+11 years, spent 2 wonderful weeks here! The pool in a great, flowering and fragrant garden with royal palms, dragos, giant cacti, casual lounge areas and views of Gomera is the absolute highlight of the complex. (With atmospheric evening lighting) The children could be loud without disturbing - our pool parties remain in our memories. The bungalow is pleasantly spacious and open-plan with 2 sleeping areas. The modern ambience flows together everywhere inside and outside. The approach via a small road with a sesame oil open gate is a small but nice adventure - from San Juan about 1km into a banana plantation. Many great beaches are a short 5-30 minute drive away. Abama and Le Duque were our favourites - apart from the private pool. The handling was perfect. Many thanks for this. The close, nice neighbours in the upper house were also able to help with small problems. We enjoyed our time here very much and definitely want to come back!
