Description
The inventory and furniture of the holiday home were completely renewed during the renovation work (2018/2019).
On the upper floor there are two of the three bedrooms (one with SAT-TV + integrated DVD player), both equipped with new box-spring beds (1.40m x 2.00m), which promise a restful night's sleep and relaxation from everyday life.
Another bedroom with variable sleeping options (single beds (0.80m x 2.00m)/double bed (1.60m x 2.00m)) is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Also on the ground floor, the open kitchen, which is directly adjacent to the modern living/dining area, has its place. Here, a second television and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and information. The dining area integrated into the room with modern furnishings offers enough space for fun game nights or an extended dinner. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can also prepare regional specialties yourself and indulge in culinary delights.
The small but functional bathroom completes the ground floor.
On the 20m² terrace, you can end the evening comfortably with a glass of wine from the region.

Here begins the relaxation.
A accommodation where nothing is missing. Very tastefully furnished. Everything a self-caterer needs is available. Clean and tidy. It has been the nicest house after our 10th visit to Gruissan. We look forward to the next vacation...

Beautiful vacation in Gruissan
The house has a very good location, not 5 minutes to the promenade and the beach.
It is tastefully furnished, very clean, has very good mattresses, and fly screens everywhere.
The seating area on the terrace is very comfortable. Supermarket and bakery can be reached in no time.
However, an additional sun umbrella would be helpful.

Perfect vacation in a very beautiful house
We have been going to Gruissan for 15 years already, and this is one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed in.
The facilities are great, and the landlords are very, very friendly.
The price-performance ratio is more than perfect.
We are looking forward to next year in Gruissan and in this beautiful house.

Always happy to do it again
We have already spent our second vacation in the house and can only recommend the accommodation. The facilities, location etc. are exactly as described. We did not miss anything in the house. Everything necessary was available and everything was clean.
Super nice landlady and immediate help is provided in case of problems.
The location is great and there is something for everyone in terms of activities.
We will gladly come back.

Beautiful summer vacation with 3 children and a dog.
We were on-site for 3 weeks.
The location is great and there is nothing missing in terms of equipment. We felt very comfortable with 3 children and a dog.
Thanks to the constant pleasant wind, you could also tolerate it very well without air conditioning.
The laundry costs 5 euros at the nearest laundromat. Detergent is included in the price.
We had a small problem upon arrival and the landlady took care of it immediately.
The contact was super nice!
