Within walking distance of the beach, the 1-room holiday home "Muschelhäuschen" awaits you on a large garden plot:
The comfortably and friendly furnished bed-sit room has a double bed (1.80 m wide), CD radio, satellite TV and a kitchenette
All windows are equipped with external shutters.
If necessary and to set the mood, you can light the wood-burning stove in the shell house. Wood is provided
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc
The bathroom has WC, shower and window.
The holiday home offers you a large, partly covered terrace facing south-east, furnished with table, chairs, sun lounger and parasol
Barbecuing in the garden is permitted.
The parking space at the house is included.
Bicycles can be parked at the house under a carport.

The "Muschelhäuschen" is situated on a large garden plot in a quiet location. You can walk to the centre of the village in 5 minutes and to the beach and the pier in about 10 minutes. Use the beautifully designed promenade of the Schmachter See for your way to the beach, which you can reach quickly from the Muschelhäuschen.
Shopping facilities and many restaurants and bars are located in the centre of the village.

Nice, affordable accommodation with parking included. We had a few lovely days and even did some grilling (a small grill is available).

Erholung pur
A small charming holiday cottage in the middle of the garden and yet in Binz. The beautiful hours in the deck chair are unfortunately over. We enjoyed the vacation very much. Greetings from the Schmidt family

Quiet location with parking directly at the cottage.
Not far from the beach and Lake Schmachter.

Holiday cottage vacation
Quiet single location on a large property. Beautiful and neatly furnished terrace with sun lounger. We could store the bikes next door.
With the bikes, we were in no time at the beach.

Affordable vacation in a relaxed, quiet location.
One lives directly in Binz and yet away from the hustle and bustle. The center or the beach are not far away, parking is possible right next to the cottage. We were able to store our bicycles next door under a carport.
We found it optimal and will definitely book here again.
