The house is newly built and modernly furnished. The enclosed and fenced private garden has a large swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outdoor table.
There is also a swing and a slide for children!

The interior is new, modern and spacious. There are 5 beautiful bedrooms, the house has a capacity for 10 people, while additional children's beds are available. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a room with a football table.
The first floor has 4 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each bedroom and the living room are air-conditioned, the house has free FLAT WiFi for our guests,
Private parking is provided.

Location and surroundings of object

Gajmovici is a small village near the town of Pazin, in the centre of Istria. There are forests and meadows all around, filled with good hiking and cycling paths. The village is easily accessible by car as the motorway exit is 10 minutes away.

The supermarket Plodine and the supermarket Lidl are 10 minutes away. There are many good restaurants nearby (Motel Lovac, Konoba Beram ...), and the gas station is nearby.

Pazin, the next town, is over 1000 years old. With a castle built on top of a cave, offers a spectacular view of the natural phenomena. In the centre of Pazin there is a local food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls, a river. A special attraction is a zipline and a rope jump over the Pazin Cave.
