Special relaxation is provided by the separate annex with infrared sauna, relaxation area, and additional terrace. Whether it's a sauna after a day at the beach, a fireplace in winter, or a glass of wine with a view of the greenery – relaxation is guaranteed here.
Amenities such as Wi-Fi, washing machine, induction cooktop, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and music system leave nothing to be desired. A modern central gas heating system also ensures that you can enjoy this holiday home all year round.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find Grevelingen beach, a marina, a golf course, and numerous leisure activities – a perfect mix of activity, nature, and relaxation.
Nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden on a plot of approx. 430 m², a detached holiday home with 95 m² of living space awaits you – ideal for peace and relaxation. On the sunny terrace, a stylish rattan seating group with four armchairs and a table, two comfortable loungers, and a grill invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the greenery or mild summer evenings in a cozy atmosphere.
Directly in front of the house, in the front area of the property, up to three parking spaces for cars are available to you – convenient and practical for your arrival.

Our holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the Hoogerwerf section of the Aquadelta holiday park – a green, well-kept complex with individually detached houses. Despite the pleasant tranquility, you can reach the center of Aquadelta and the dike at Grevelingen Lake in just a few minutes.
Only about 700 m separate you from the modern marina with sailing school, two child-friendly bathing bays, and a variety of water sports options. Supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, indoor swimming pool, indoor playground, squash and tennis courts, as well as several playgrounds are all within easy walking distance.
The Grevelingenhout golf course is only about 1 km away. By bike or on foot, you can quickly reach the neighboring park areas de Tong, Aquadelta Center, and de Kreek.
For excursions in the area, the charming towns of Zierikzee and Middelharnis (about 10 minutes by car) as well as the wide North Sea beaches near Scharendijke (20–25 minutes) are recommended. The small fishing village of Bruinisse is also within walking distance and attracts visitors with its harbor, fish restaurants, other restaurants, and shopping opportunities.

At the marina, you will not only find a sailing school, but also numerous water sports options: whether sailing, renting a small motorboat, or kayak rental – there is plenty of variety here. You can reach the center of Aquadelta in just 10–15 minutes on foot. There you will find bowling alleys, billiard tables, mini golf, an indoor pool, a small arcade, and a bicycle rental. The surrounding area is especially inviting for extensive bike tours and offers many other leisure activities for young and old alike.
