Embedded in a beautiful and green own garden with approx. 430m² plot, lies this detached holiday home. It has a very nice flair. 80m² living space, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, large living room with dining area, adjoining kitchen and access to the large covered terrace complete the offer. The fireplace and the entrance area created for relaxation are also worth mentioning. From the entrance area with relax lounger and terrace door to the garden, where also the wardrobe is in the form of a closet, you reach the living room. You can park in the front part of the own property directly in front of the entrance of the house, max. 3 cars. W-Lan, washing machine, dishwasher, Samsung TV as well as DVD player, music system etc. are also part of the offer. A rattan furniture seating group is placed on the terrace. This consists of 4 armchairs and a table. Two comfortable loungers and a grill are also available. Of course, the house is tempered by a gas central heating and can therefore easily make a very nice time in the winter months. It should also be mentioned that the larger bedroom is on the first floor and the other on the ground floor. The extension in form of the garage, which is visible in some pictures, does not belong to the scope of renting.

Location and surroundings of object
The house itself is located in the park Aquadelta, park part Hoogerwerf. It is a very beautiful, quiet and green area where individual detached houses have been built. From here you can walk to the other parts of the park de Tong, Aquadelta centre and de Kreek.
From the house it is only approx. 800m to the dike at the Grevelinger Meer, very beautiful and modern marina with sailing school, 2 bathing bays also for the little ones, various sport possibilities at and on the water, supermarkets, restaurants, snack bar, indoor playground, indoor swimming pool, squash, tennis, various playgrounds etc., all within walking distance. About 10 minutes drive to the cities Zierikzee and Middelharnis and about 20-25 minutes drive to the huge North Sea beaches starting at Scharendijk. A very rounded offer! Also the small fishing village Bruinisse is within walking distance, where you can find various restaurants, supermarket, snack bar, harbour with fish bars
