The three-thousand square meter property is laid out with many green areas, lemon and orange trees. The 5 x 10 meter pool is equipped with Roman steps for comfortable entry and exit. It is surrounded by a spacious, sunny terrace with sun loungers. Here you will also find the barbecue grill house with a sun awning and a seating area. Adjacent to the grill house, there is also a restroom for the outdoor area available for you. Two additional furnished terraces await you at the house, so you always have the option to choose between sunny or shaded spots here.

The house is divided into a large kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a fridge-freezer combination as well as air conditioning. Dining room and living room with SAT-TV, internet connection (WIFI), and access to both terraces. From the kitchen you also have access to the storage room, where a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for you. The sleeping area is divided into three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning (hot/cold) and beds that are 1.80 meters wide; one of them has its own bathroom with toilet. For the other two, another bathroom with toilet is available. The size of the single mattresses in the beds is 0.90 x 1.90 meters each. For heating in the cooler season, there are also electric marble heating panels. In addition, the house has a pellet heating system and a fireplace.

Two covered carports (height 2.20 meters) are available to you on the enclosed property, which is located on a side street.
