Description
The 3,000 square meter property is landscaped with lots of greenery, lemon, and orange trees. The 5 x 10 meter pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry and exit. It is surrounded by a spacious, sunny terrace with six sun loungers and an umbrella. There is also a barbecue grill house with a sun awning and a seating area. Next to the grill house, there is an additional outdoor WC available for you. At the house, you will find two more furnished terraces, allowing you always to choose between sunny or shady spots.
The house is divided into a large kitchen with a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a fridge-freezer, as well as air conditioning. Dining room and living room with satellite TV, Internet connection (WIFI), and access to both terraces. From the kitchen, you can also access the storeroom, where a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for you. The sleeping area is divided into three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning (warm/cold) and beds 1.80 meters wide, one of which has its own bathroom with toilet. For the other two, there is another bathroom with toilet available. The size of the individual mattresses in the beds is 0.90 x 1.90 meters each. For heating during the cooler seasons, electric marble heating plates are also available. Moreover, the house has a pellet heating system and a fireplace.
Two covered carports (height 2.20 meters) are available to you on the property, which is located on a side street and secured.
