The house "Sun terrace" at the Gattererberg' was build in 2008 on a 950 square meter property (completed in the spring of 2009). It is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal and has a fantastic view of the mountains and . On the top floor 110 sqm are available. Ski area Hochfügen/Fügen - Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach (600 - 2502 m):
