The house "Sun terrace" at the Gattererberg' was build in 2008 on a 950 square meter property (completed in the spring of 2009). It is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal and has a fantastic view of the mountains and . On the top floor 110 sqm are available. Over the entire length stretches apartment in holiday style balcony. Centre of the apartment is a large living room. This is on the one hand, modern kitchen which is fully equipped. The apartment is fully furnished 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and 1 room with double bed and single bed. This can also be set up a cot. The bathroom is spacious. Here are a bath tub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. In addition, there is a second separate toilet.

Ski area Hochfügen/Fügen - Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach (600 - 2502 m):
The merger of Hochfügen with the Kaltenbach ski area has created an interesting alternative in the Zillertal. 40 lifts open up 155 km of slopes, 26 km of which are difficult, 82 km medium and 37 km easy.
The ski area convinces with family and child friendliness, downhill runs of up to 10 km (downhill run to Kaltenbach - completely snowed in and illuminated until Easter) and wonderful alternative runs. Permanent race track. Night skiing 2 x a week. Full day care for children directly at the mountain station.
2 feeder gondolas from Kaltenbach (no waiting times), largest ski and depot service station, 8-seater chair lift with weather protection hood and seat heating to the Kristalhütte.
