Description
Our new, affectionately furnished house offers sufficient place for 4 persons. The winter garden offers also in the winter a comfortable stay. The pool can be heated during the winter months and the house has internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electronic appliances. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. In the living room there is a large sofa and a separate dining area. In the patio (storeroom) you will find a washing machine, iron with ironing board and clothes horse. In the garden you can relax on one of the sun beds, swim in the pool or prepare your meal on the charcoal grill. You park your rental car in front of the house, there are enough parking possibilities.

The villa is located in the south of Lanzarote in a small, quiet residential complex, close to the marina
"Marina Rubicon. (approx. 10 min. walk)
Here you will find many shopping facilities, doctors and restaurants. There you can also rent a car to discover the island.
In the port itself there is also the possibility of a tour by sailing or motor boat and by water taxi
The long beach promenade invites you to take a walk to the ferry port and on to Playa Flamingo.
The beach Playa Dorada can be reached in about 15-20 min. on foot, the Papagayo beaches are nearby by car
or best reached by boat.
