There are pleasant summers and balanced winters. This sea climate ensures a relaxed feeling of well-being. Even in winter, the North Sea can be an unforgettable romantic experience.

The solid stone house is the middle house in a row of five houses and offers space for 6 people on a living area of approx. 60 sqm. On the ground floor is the open dining and living area with fireplace cassette which is protected by a glass pane and thus offers more security, satellite TV (smart TV) with German channels, WLAN in the house ,stereo system, central heating.
The kitchen has a 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave with grill and hot-air function, coffee machine, sufficient crockery and cutlery etc. Bathroom with washbasin, toilet and upper floor can be reached via a wooden staircase. There are two bedrooms and a storeroom, where the central heating is also located. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue and invites you to celebrate. A third bedroom (with a bunk bed) is located on the ground floor.
A free collective car park is located nearby. We ask our guests to park their car in front of the house only to unload it and then to use one of the three collective parking spaces.

Location and surroundings of object
At a distance of 1.5 km lies the fishing and mussel village of Bruinisse, directly on the Grevelingenmeer and the Oosterschelde has several harbours and is especially known for its mussels. There is a big mussel and harbour festival here every year, with a mussel queen. A lock takes you from the Grevelingenmeer into the Oosterschelde. Marina Bruinisse. Zierikzee is the capital and administrative centre of Schouwen-Duiveland and is one of the top 10 Dutch monument towns. It offers about 500 so-called "kingdom monuments".The "west corner" offers the widest beaches of Zeeland over a length of 17 km. Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede, Scharendijke and Westenschouwen are well known.The famous 5 km long Zeeland Bridge provides access to the neighbouring islands in the south with the remarkable towns of Goes, Middelburg and is the imposing structure of the Delta Works for storm tide defence "Neeltje Jans". In addition, a whole range of attractions also for children Bruinisse is within easy reach of other places of interest, such as Rotterdam (60 km), The Hague (80 km), Delft (75 km), Antwerp (80 km). Even Bruges (World Heritage Site) is much closer thanks to the new tunnel under the Westerschelde. Our holiday home is located in a spacious holiday complex and offers many attractions with its large green areas for leisure activities: Children's playgrounds, football pitch, large earth trampoline, table tennis, tennis court, mini-golf course, squash, bowling, billiards room, table football, vending machine games room, indoor fun pool

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may cancel the contract 2 months before the arrival date with a full refund of payments made. After that, 80% of the agreed rental price must be paid, unless the landlord is able to rent the holiday home to someone else. The same applies for early departure.

We had a lovely week in the holiday home located in the holiday park "De Kreek". Ideal for travelers with children. Close to the beach, beautiful surroundings, clean house. We will gladly come back.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
We were at Maiwal's holiday home in Bruinisse at the beginning of July this year and we were totally thrilled. The house is furnished with a lot of love, everything necessary and even more (from books and board games to table tennis rackets) is available, and it was super clean! The harbor is within walking distance and the small village of Bruinisse is also easily reachable with a short walk. Here, you can have a nice meal, go for a leisurely stroll to the market, or visit Zirikzee and Renesse, which are not far by car. Would come back anytime!

Nice corner!!!
We had a great week, with sea, sun, mini golf, and children's entertainment. The house had everything you need, and Mr. Maiwald is a very caring and kind person!!! Thank you for the beautiful time.

Urlaub mit Kindern
A quaint holiday cottage, equipped with everything you need for daily life. The Maiwald family provided us with tips on where to eat, excursions, or which beach is the most beautiful in advance.
The cleanliness was acceptable; only the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner for our personal taste. However, cleanliness standards vary from country to country.
All in all, we would be happy to stay here again!
