In this flat you will find stylish furnishings and a high level of living comfort. On 120 m², the flat offers enough space for up to 6 people for a relaxing holiday. The large living area, with sofa, fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, invites you to spend time with family or friends. The flat has a total of three bedrooms. Two of them each have a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. In the spacious and modern bathroom you will find a bathtub, a separate shower, a washing area and a washing machine. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor for shared use. The entire flat is heated via underfloor heating. There are electric shutters on all windows. WLAN is available free of charge in the entire house. The flat is on the 1st floor. There is only one garage on the ground floor.

In front of the house there is a seating area on a small lawn. A barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol are available. In the garden, the little guests can let off steam on the trampoline or in the tree house. You can park your car directly in front of the house. A lockable room for bicycles is available.

Location and surroundings of object

The place:
Hohen Viecheln is a small, dreamy fishing village at the northern tip of Lake Schwerin. The guests who come here feel very much at home. The village lies on the edge of the Döpe nature reserve. In Hohen Viecheln you can walk to the fisherman's shop with fish sale and snack bar, restaurant, playground, boat rental, bathing beach with large sunbathing lawn and bus stop. Well-maintained cycling and hiking paths lead through the village.

Surroundings, leisure and excursion destinations:
The state capital Schwerin is only 20 minutes away by car. The castle, the castle garden and the old town with the cathedral are well worth seeing. In Schwerin you will find the zoo, TV tower, climbing forest, cinema, bowling, shopping centres, mini-golf, indoor playground, fire brigade museum, boat trips and much more. The Hanseatic city of Wismar, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can also be reached in 15-20 minutes. The harbour and the old town are well worth a visit. In about 25 minutes you can reach the great beaches on the Baltic Sea, Zierow, Wohlenberger Wiek or Hohen Wieschendorf.

In the next village Bad Kleinen (approx. 3 km) you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, shops, tourist information, bicycle rental, pharmacy, doctors, restaurant, guarded beach, etc.

Gladly again

The apartment is ideal for families, very spaciously designed. The kitchen could be a bit larger; if meals are prepared for more than two people, space is tight. The kitchenware needs to be restocked.

Otherwise, a very good, high-quality furnishing; we felt very comfortable.

Short vacation

The apartment is very well equipped overall. The holder for bottles in the refrigerator door is defective. Operating the television is very difficult without instructions! The shower is unfortunately unusable without the bath mat (hygienic?), as the floor tiles are very slippery! The glass sink looks stylish, but is absolutely impractical! The smaller room is very cramped and without a wardrobe. Not suitable for 2 adults. Since the house is directly on the main road, you can hear the traffic quite a lot. . .

Great, modern holiday home near the lake - wonderful for a vacation with friends.

We spent two weeks in the holiday house with friends and had a wonderful time. The house is well equipped and offers plenty of space. We were able to store our bicycles and SUPs without any problems, especially in the entrance area and the garage. The landlord lives right next door and is approachable, but still we had our peace and could spend our time undisturbed in the courtyard. The kitchen is very well equipped - there is plenty of space and you can cook wonderfully for four people. The sofa area with the large television is very comfortable and saved our evening during bad weather. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and spacious wardrobes or chests of drawers - we had enough space for six adults. Overall, the holiday house impresses with its modern and high-quality furnishings, where you can feel completely comfortable. All the contact persons we dealt with were very accommodating.

Vacation by the lake

Not even a 10-minute walk to the lake with a beautiful bathing area and volleyball field.
In 20 minutes at the Baltic Sea in Wismar and less than half an hour in the great city of Schwerin.
There is a lot to see in the region overall, the only disadvantage is that you always need a car or bike.

Holiday with feel-good factor

This is the third time we have stayed in this beautiful flat. The comfort and the tasteful furnishings - you can only feel good. Even on a rainy day, we simply enjoy this high-quality and modern flat and let our souls dangle. Ideal for cycling holidays - the large garage is just great, you can just leave the trailer on it and ride off again the next day relaxed! Everything is dry and safe
We enjoyed the peace and quiet at the barbecue, and you can sit in the large courtyard until late in the evening and simply enjoy the wonderfully clean air and the birdsong. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away - put on your swimsuit and go!... and sleep in for a long time in the morning - thanks to the blinds, even we manage! We will definitely be back!

Urlaub

We were allowed to spend our summer vacation in the house for 9 days. We were 4 adults and one child. The house is located directly on the main road, which is heavily trafficked early in the morning, so it was quite loud (this was not mentioned in the description). Cleanliness was lacking, both in the bathroom - the tub had not been cleaned at all - and in the sanitary facilities. We took care of that. Unfortunately, the beds are soft and worn out. Back pain was unfortunately the result of all this. The couch in the living room area may have been very good and expensive at one point, but now it is worn out and also very dirty. Other guests have mentioned this several times, but unfortunately, it has not been replaced. Many walls were stained and should be repainted. There is still a missing lamp in the children's room, and small children could fall directly down the stairs, so a guardrail should definitely be installed. The outdoor area is right in front of the owner's house, which does not really invite you to a relaxed breakfast. The grill is greasy and should be cleaned. Unfortunately, we didn't feel comfortable due to the shortcomings, so we won't come back a second time. The area is great, so we give full points for that!

vielen Dank für die ausführliche Bewertung. Das Wohl unserer Gäste liegt uns sehr am Herzen. Zu den genannten Punkten möchten wir daher Stellung beziehen:

Es ist richtig, dass das Haus an einer Straße liegt. Es handelt sich um eine normal bis wenig frequentierte Landstraße. Sowohl auf der Google Karte als auch auf einem Bild im Unterkunft Eintrag ist dies zu erkennen. Die Straße wurde von Gästen bisher nicht als störend empfunden, da nur das Wohnzimmerfenster zur Straßenseite liegt. Zudem sind die Fenster neu und gut isoliert.

Das Bad sowie alle anderen Räume werden bei jedem Gästewechsel äußerst gründlich gereinigt. Wir können Ihnen versichern, dass bei Ihrer Übergabe die Dusche, Badewanne, Toilette und das Waschbecken gereinigt und vom Kalk bereit waren. Auch die Abflüsse waren gereinigt.

Die Betten sind neu. Sowohl die Matratzen, wie auch das Bettzeug. Das Wohlbefinden bezüglich des Härtegrades ist von Mensch zu Mensch unterschiedlich.

Das mit der Couch ist korrekt. Eine neue Couch ist bereits in Bestellung. Leider gibt es sehr lange Lieferzeiten, so dass wir aktuell warten.

Dass die Wände fleckig sind, können wir so nicht bestätigen. Das mal ein Fleck da ist, ist doch wohl normal. Dafür wird die Wohnung viel genutzt. Uns ist es aber bisher nicht aufgefallen.

Die Lampe im Kinderzimmer wurde jetzt gekauft.

Das mit dem Kinderschutz wurde schon mehrfach angesprochen, Abhilfe wird geschaffen.

Es ist richtig, dass sich das Haus auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters befindet. Der Vermieter war jedoch zu Ihrer Reisezeit nicht zuhause, so dass Sie jeden Tag entspannt frühstücken konnten. Zudem hat der Vermieter seinen Außensitzbereich zur anderen Hausseite, so dass Sie im Außenbereich nur Kontakt haben, wenn der Vermieter das Grundstück verlässt oder kommt.

Der Grill war sauber, wird oft benutzt und sieht daher nicht mehr neu aus.

Wir tun alles, damit sich die Feriengäste wohl fühlen. Wenn etwas fehlt, besorgen wir es.
Wir führen alle Gäste beim Empfang durch die Wohnung, zeigen Ihnen den Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler (Tabs sind immer vorrätig), den Müllplatz, den Herd mit Backofen (mache sie auf die Besonderheiten, wie Kindersicherung aufmerksam) das Geschirr und alles weitere. Bei der Übergabe haben Sie keinen Ton erwähnt und auch später nicht Bescheid gegeben, das etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Grundsätzlich sollte dem Vermieter immer die Möglichkeit einer Nachbesserung eingeräumt werden. Es ist daher sehr schade, diese Informationen erst jetzt zu bekommen.

Unfortunately, some defects

The apartment is large, quiet, and modern.
Unfortunately, the TV does not work right away, but with trial and error.

Internet did not work at all, but there was no apology or compensation.

The sofa is extremely uncomfortable.

The towel package for 7.00 EUR consists of a bath towel and a bath mat, nothing for face and hands.

The small room (apparently intended as a children's room) is very sparsely furnished.
No bedside lamp, no chair to put clothes on, no picture on the wall. Underfloor heating is a matter of taste. A towel dryer in the bathroom would be advantageous.

The apartment offers space for playing and sitting together at the great big dining table.
The kitchen is well-equipped.

vielen Dank für das Feedback. Zu den genannten Punkten kann ich Ihnen folgendes mitteilen. Bei dem TV handelt es sich um ein hochwertiges Gerät der Firma Meetz. Bisher hatten wir keine Rückmeldung von Gästen, dass es Schwierigkeiten bei der Bedienung gab. Sie hätten sich gern melden können und wir hätten Ihnen die Bedienung erklärt. Beim Internet lag in der Tat eine Störung vor, die während Ihres Aufenthaltes von der Telekom nicht abgestellt werden konnte. Über die Störung wurden Sie informiert. Bei dem Sofa handelt es sich um eine hochwertiges Sofa, welches sich in einem guten Zustand befindet. Sitzgewohnheiten von Gästen sind manchmal unterschiedlich. Wir finden den Härtegrad bequem und bisher gab es auch kein negatives Feedback von Gästen. Bezüglich der Handtücher ist das Händehandtuch scheinbar vergessen worden. Dafür entschuldigen wir uns. Auf Nachfrage hätten wir es Ihnen unverzüglich nachgereicht. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer sind sowohl ein Stuhl als auch Bilder vorhanden. Eine Nachttischlampe fehlt in der Tat und wird in Kürze gekauft. Eine Fußbodenheizung gehört heute zum modernen Wohnstandard. Ich hoffe, dass Sie sich gut erholen konnten und die Zeit am Schweriner See genossen haben.
