Beautiful sunny holiday flat with 2 bedrooms and approx. 60 sqm, south-facing balcony with partial Bodden view.

Large living room with couch set, flat screen TV, dining area and kitchenette. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Internet via W-LAN and telephone to the German landline without surcharge.

One bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds. A fifth sleeping possibility is available on the sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom has a washbasin, a WC and a new waterfall shower with very shallow access.

The holiday complex is located in a cul-de-sac directly on the Bodden dyke. It is a very quiet location. From the holiday complex you can walk directly onto the Bodden dike and watch birds or start cycling or hiking tours from there. Free car parking space and lockable bicycle shed are available on the property.

There is a boat rental directly opposite the apartment complex. From there you can explore the Bodden landscape with your own boat. Only a two-minute walk away is the small, tranquil harbour of Zingst with a restaurant and children's playground. Bodden cruises and day trips to Hiddensee start from the Zingst harbour
The white and 18 km long sandy beach can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes on foot or in about 7 minutes by bicycle. Zingst has a continuous promenade from the harbour (Bodden side) to the pier (Baltic side). This promenade is lined with restaurants, bars, tea rooms, cafés, boutiques, grocery shops and ice cream parlours. The walk takes about 15 minutes and offers variety to holidaymakers of all ages.

In Zingst there are two mini-golf courses, bowling alleys, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor) and badminton courts (Bomigo Leisure Centre Zingst). Archery is also possible there.

Several smaller indoor swimming pools, at Wellness Camp Düne 6, are also available.

A diving bell has been installed at the end of the pier. Here you can dive into the underwater world of the Baltic Sea.

Numerous water activities are offered at the Zingst surf school:

Windsurfing, kite surfing, stand-up paddle, catamaran rides.

Dance workshops in the summertime: Located directly on the beach next to the pier, dance enthusiasts are offered the chance to learn Latin American dances and other dances with professional help in the evenings. Live music and a DJ keep the dancing going into the night.
