This spacious holiday home (non-smoking) was completely renovated in 2016 and is located in a quiet area. The beach is 1.5 km away and Lake Wennsee is 500 m away from the accommodation, which are well suited for hiking and jogging. The specialist market centre with various shopping facilities can be reached after 600m. The comfortable and modern furnished holiday home offers space on 120 sqm for 10 persons property area700 sqm . On the ground floor there is a living room (with sofa bed, LCD TV) and separate dining room, a fully fitted kitchen (oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment) and a dining table for approx. 10 people, a bathroom (with shower/WC) and a bedroom (double bed).
The upper floor has four separate bedrooms (3 x double bed, 1 x single bed, ,playroom and space for an additional cot/baby bed) children's high chair and a bathroom with shower/WC.
