During the uncertain COVID-19 booking period, we have adjusted our cancellation policies to be more customer-friendly. According to this adjustment, if travel is not possible due to COVID-19 (e.g., no passage through Austria/Slovenia possible, no entry into Croatia, or strict local quarantine regulations such as not being allowed to shop, etc.), in this case, we will refund the remaining price. The remaining payment of 65% is due only 1 week before the start of the trip, depending on the COVID status. A PCR test now required for travel upon entry is excluded from the cancellation policies.

Green idyll near the sea
Dreamlike end-of-summer holiday with great temperatures around 28 degrees. As soon as we entered the property, we were directly on holiday. A great hard drive with Istrian delicacies, fresh drinks and slivovotz, strengthened us after a 9-hour drive. The host explained the house to us and offered his help with questions or problems. Very friendly and open. After checking into our room (beautiful!) we had to try out the pool first and we bathed in the sun loungers. The following 2 weeks were sunny, lazy, adventurous, greedy, playful and lazy...everything a holiday should be. We thank the nice landlords and are already planning again for 2021. Dobro dosli.

Sporty Friends Trip
Great reception! The host spoiled us with Istrian delicacies and slivovitz...that feels really good after a journey of several hours :D We were 3 couples. With our bikes we explored the area around Istria every day. A day trip to Cape Kamenjak. We took saunas, cooked, steeled ourselves in the fitness room and went to the warm whirlpool in the evening to relax.... Conclusion: modern house with every comfort (we drank all the wine offered during the week...). The proximity to the marina inspires us to come in the warmer months to sunbathe, because the pool was a bit cold in March. We will be back..see you soon & hvala

As a cyclist accommodation tested...
we were 10 men, 2 of whom slept on guest beds in the guest room of the villa during the week. These were not quite as comfortable as our box-spring beds, but after an 8-hour cycling day you are so groggy in the evening that you could also sleep wonderfully in them. From Vabriga you can get everywhere by bike. There are many restaurants around the villa, so we were not forced to cook in the evening. Only on 2 days when we were not cycling did we use the gas barbecue, which was quick and uncomplicated in contrast to the charcoal barbecues that are often offered, although this was also available. We could cure our aching joints in the sauna and the whirlpool and relax in front of the fireplace in the evening. We felt very comfortable here and are already planning to come back in autumn! Maybe at the end of September to be able to use the pool. Thank you for the hospitality and the delicious welcome package !

New Year's Eve by the sea...unique..!
New and unique... instead of mountains, this time by the sea... and what can I say, the area around Porec is definitely suitable for New Year's Eve! The accommodation was cozy, the living room fireplace was running constantly, and in the sauna & hot tub, one could relax well. The men and sons spent time in the fitness room, while we women conjured up delicious meals. The rooms are well thought out and very cozy, it's a bit unusual with the Croatian exterior shutters... we just left them open at night and saw the many stars and the pool's light. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! This time, we're thinking more about summer. . . :)
