The bright and very comfortably furnished holiday flat of a three-party holiday home is located on the ground floor of the house. The furnishings include an open kitchen, a modern shower room and a combined living and dining room with a view of the water, a sofa bed and a wood-burning stove, as well as a bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

The holiday flat is located in the centre of the quaint seafaring and fishing village of Maasholm. There are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store and the bakery just a few metres away.
At the same time, you can always enjoy nature and tranquillity a few steps away - in the picturesque Schleil landscape or on the fantastic Baltic Sea beaches, which are not polluted by mass tourism.
Water sports enthusiasts particularly appreciate Maasholm: there is a large marina and a popular surfing school on site. In addition to walks and cycling tours, through the Geltinger Birk, day trips to the surrounding area are worthwhile
