The bright and very comfortably furnished holiday flat of a three-party holiday home is located on the upper floor of the house. The furnishings include a small kitchen, a modern bathroom with Jacuzzi whirlpool, another shower room and a combined living-dining room with a wood-burning stove as well as a sleeping gallery with a view of the Baltic Sea on one side and the Schlei on the other.
You can access the large roof terrace via the living area.

The holiday flat is located in the centre of the quaint seafaring and fishing village of Maasholm. There are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store and the bakery just a few metres away.
At the same time, you can always enjoy nature and tranquillity a few steps away - in the picturesque Schleil landscape or on the fantastic Baltic Sea beaches, which are not polluted by mass tourism.
Water sports enthusiasts particularly appreciate Maasholm: there is a large marina and a popular surfing school on site.
In addition to walks and cycling tours, through the Geltinger Birk, day trips to the surrounding area are worthwhile
