The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 2012, was renovated in 2020, and is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Vinjerac. The studio is located on a 400 sq m enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments ZAD NOV 021 and ZAD NOV 022 for 5 people each and ZAD NOV 032 (3 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
