The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2012, renovated in 2020 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Vinjerac. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The holiday apartments ZAD NOV 021 and ZAD NOV 022 for 5 persons and ZAD NOV 032 (3 persons) are located in the same house. The building is located on a hill just 2 minutes from the beach with crystal clear sea. Enjoy the tranquility overlooking the sea and Velebit mountains. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, TV and access to the balcony (10 sqm, garden furniture). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area, gas stove (2 flames), dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
