You live on approx. 40m² in a tastefully furnished apartment.
The cosy holiday flat is tastefully furnished and offers space for up to three people
in the living room-bedroom you will find a full-size double bed, a sofa bed and a dining table for three people. Adjacent to this is the east-facing balcony.
In addition, there is a well-maintained shower room in the holiday flat.
The flat is easily accessible via a lift
The house also has a sauna, a whirlpool, a solarium and a washing machine.

And sometimes all you need is a break by the sea.

We were able to inhabit a spacious room that included everything a small family needs. With a few steps through the garden with a barbecue area, we were able to enjoy the view of the pier with the sea. The booking was simple, friendly, and smooth. Just relax and enjoy the vacation.

Great apartment right by the water... well, almost.

The house is located above the coast. Through the garden, you can reach the coastline directly, and in 2 minutes, you are at the seaside pier. The apartment is close to the center and far enough away to not notice the hustle and bustle there. It's actually genius. Everything can be found in the center in less than 10 minutes. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that a house next door is under construction. However, that is almost finished. It will be quieter then. There is a good sauna in the house and a parking space for loading and unloading, a luggage cart, and an elevator. The parking space for parking is a little offset from the house, but it takes 30 seconds to get there. Great for 2 people and a dog, or even with a small child (travel cot). Contact with the landlord regarding keys, etc., was very friendly and problem-free. We would book this again.

New Year's Eve in Sellin

In the Residenz Seeblick, a small and clean holiday flat with a spacious bathroom awaited us. The view from the balcony is not quite as nice, but unfortunately you can't change that. You should not expect a big kitchen. Nevertheless, the day can start well, as there is a coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and toaster. Dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment are also available.
The bed with good mattresses ensures a restful sleep
The TV can be turned to any position thanks to the wall mount. There is also a music system and DVD player
But if you want luxury, you are completely wrong here
Very good price/performance ratio. I can only recommend the flat for 2 people. And we will definitely come back.
