Description
Built in 1999 and renovated in 2017, the holiday home is furnished in the typical local style. The property is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Ski room with ski boot dryer. Sauna on the ground floor. A gas grill and a mobile charcoal grill are available (outside in the garden). The customer can therefore decide which one to use. In any case, they can conveniently barbecue on site. Charcoal can be purchased at a nearby store.

Kaltenbach, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 774 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Outside there is a surveillance camera for your safety. Access via a mountain road. Snow chains or four-wheel drive required. Parking spaces on the property.
