Zell am Ziller, 940 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (25 sqm) with TV, dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, capsule machine, toaster, electric kettle, access to the balcony and with additional sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and with fan and bathroom radio.
