Description
The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 2009 and is furnished in a modern and typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Ski boot dryer. Ski storage room. Trampoline for children.
Location
Zell am Ziller. The holiday apartment is located on a garden plot with a lawn. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments TIR ZIL 014 (6 people) and TIR ZIL 015 (for 5 people) are in the same house. ++++ PLEASE NOTE: There is currently a construction site near the apartment, which is expected to be completed in autumn. ++++. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Ski area 2 km in Zell am Ziller (Zillertal Arena). Ski bus 150 m. Zell am Ziller: Ice skating 1500 m and ski rental, ski school, toboggan run, cross-country ski trail each 2 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment leads via an external staircase directly into the anteroom with cloakroom. Eat-in kitchen with seating area, TV and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, 3 sun loungers, parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed on a sleeping facility (suitable for under 8 years). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, WC and window. Separate WC with WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.

Included in the price: babycot, children chair, parking place, electricity, water, heating, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 90 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: baby cot 13 € per bed under 6 years per day. Wi‑Fi (WLAN) 2,50 € all inclusive per day. For a fee: Bread roll service.
