Cefalù, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 12000 sqm, open, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

Air conditioning / heating: oven in every room, electric heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. English, Italian, German Netflix channels
Pool
Outdoor pool (3 m x 6 m, depth 1.3 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the end of October. We are proud to be able to present the realization of the Star-fish solarium for the new coming season 2021: terrace with sea view and pool, shaded area for a relaxing life outdoors, comfortable deck chairs for sunbathing and mystical sunset.
