Description
This elegant and modern apartment with stunning views over the rooftops of Cefalù and the sea is located in the upper part of the old town. It has recently been completely restored and is divided into 3 levels.
Because of the stairs it is not suitable for small children, but is perfect for families, couples and friends.
The apartment has about 75 square meters and 2 independent entrances: the first entrance leads directly into the master bedroom with bath and shower. Take the stairs and reached the kitchen and balcony overlooking the sea.
From the second entrance leads in this kitchen from where again there is a stairs leading to the second bedroom. Again, there is a nice bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views.
There are air conditioning, heating and TV in all rooms, as well as the equipment includes washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer. Internet on demand.
Although the apartment is located in the lively old town with many beautiful cafes, restaurants and shops, it is by its elevated position perfectly calm. The beach is 150 meters and you can park in about 300 meters away.

The apartment is located in the upper part of the old town just below the "Rocca", the local mountain of Cefalu. It is absolutely quiet. Cefalu is a romantic town next to the sea.

Balcone della Rocca
Beautifully situated at the foot of the Roca in the middle of the old town.
If you arrive with your own car, parking can be a bit difficult, but all amenities are within walking distance.
The landlady is very helpful and is always available for questions and tips.

Wonderful view
We were positively surprised by the house. Everything was very clean and spacious.
Directly in the old town with a great view over the roofs of Cefalu , sea view and
5 minutes walk from the beach. The landlady speaks German and is very helpful
and gave us very good tips for restaurants and sights.
We will gladly come back again!
