Description

The holiday apartment is modern and practically furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site. Beach chair.
Important for pet owners: according to the landlord's house rules, dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the holiday apartment.

Altenkirchen. The holiday flat is located on a 3600 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. There are a total of 3 holiday flats on the property: RUE WIT 004 (4 people), RUE WIT 005 (4 people), RUE WIT 006 (6 people). Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the top floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the hallway with a wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Living room with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, and radio. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

Smoking is not allowed in the premises.

Included in the price: babycot, internet access, baby cot, parking place, electricity, water, heating (01.11.25-31.10.26), local tax (under 17 years), bed linen, hand towels, Welcome drink, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 62,50 € per person per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff. On request: bicycle 4 € per bicycle per day.
