The studio was renovated in 2017 and is modernly furnished. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a porch swing.
Location
Ummanz, district Lieschow. The studio is located on a 200 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday property consists of a house in bungalow style. RUE NOW 015 (6 people) is located in one half of the house and in the other half are the holiday apartments RUE NOW 020 (2 people) and RUE NOW 024 (4 people). Each unit has its own separate garden area with its own terrace. The landlords live across the street. The Lieschow peninsula is located in the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park just before the island of Ummanz and offers untouched nature. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Included in the price: parking place, water, bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 50 € per object per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,40 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. On request: chimney wood 5 € based on usage.
