The studio renovated in 2017 and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing.

Ummanz. The studio is located on a 200 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday property consists of a house in the bungalow style. RUE NOW 015 (6 people) is located in a detached house and in the other house, the holiday apartments RUE NOW 020 (2 people) and RUE NOW 024 (4 people) are located. Each object has its own separated garden area with a private terrace. The owners live on the opposite of the street. The Lieschow peninsula located in the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" nearing the island of Ummanz and offers unspoiled nature. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
