The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1750, was renovated in 2025, and is furnished in a modern, rustic and functional style. The property is situated in the town centre. This holiday property is a historical accommodation. The following are available for shared use: children's playground, swing and garden furniture. Please bring your own towels for the beach. A warm welcome to the Celina guesthouse in the west of the island of Rügen. Where bread and cakes were once baked, you will now find a place of peace, relaxation and well-being – ideal for solo travellers, couples and families, but not for tradespeople/contract workers. On site, you will benefit from regional offerings such as freshly roasted coffee, local specialities, local bicycle hire and other leisure activities. With your booking you support a non-profit oriented foundation. The return of the deposit takes place after the final cleaning, within 14 days of departure.
Location
Gingst. The holiday flat is located on a closed property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Communal rooms with washing machine, electric tumble dryer (use subject to a fee) and facilities for bicycles are also available. If you are holidaying with a dog, leads are compulsory on the property and in the garden. The location of the holiday flat is directly on the market square with separate access, including a view of the square. Access is directly from the main road (tarmacked). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the village (distance 5 m). There is currently a limited parking time in the central car park; further parking options without time limits are available approximately 100 m from the holiday flat.
Special
Central heating (oil). Children's toys, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, books, DVDs and/or music for children, iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 20 m, town centre 1 m. For a relaxing holiday, a car is recommended. The nearest public transport stop is 100 m away. Cinema in Bergen 12 km. Train station in Bergen or Samtens 12 km. Gingst: bank 100 m, pharmacy 150 m and doctor 250 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads up 1 step directly into the living/bedroom with wardrobe, seating area and doors to all rooms. Living/bedroom (40 sqm, connecting room) with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa, 1 cot, seating area, TV, stereo system, CD player, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (connecting room) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (ice compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and (fridge = fridge-freezer). All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and window. Separate WC with toilet and window.
House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not accept bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.

Special shower facilities, toilets with water-efficient flushing, use of 100% renewable energy, LED lamps and waste recycling.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: babycot, electricity, local tax, Baby cot (please order when booking), 1 cubic meter of water, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 81,30 € per object per stay. bed linen obligatory 25 € per person per first time use and changing.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: water 0,60 € per cubic meter based on usage. On request: Interim cleaning 25 € per object per hour. hand towels 14 € per person per first time use and changing.
