Description

The holiday home, renovated in 2002, is modern and functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Lancken-Granitz. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm open plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home (stone) is built in a bungalow style. At the Granitz, the largest enclosed forest area on the island with the famous Granitz hunting lodge. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Train station at Station Graftitz Kleinbahn Rasender Roland 200 m. Hunting Lodge Granitz 1000 m, Chalk Cliffs/Königsstuhl 30 km. In summer: Baltic Sea 5 km in Sellin (sandy beach). Tennis in Binz 10 km. Diving in Göhren 12 km. Golf in Karnitz 30 km. Sellin: Horse riding 2 km and mini golf 4 km. Boat rental, boat dock each 4 km in Selliner See. Störtebeker Festival from late June to early September in Ralswiek 20 km. In winter: Ice skating in Sellin artificial ice rink 4 km.

The entrance to your holiday home leads directly into the kitchen. Living room with seating area, TV, radio, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, sun umbrella). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Kitchen (passage room) with electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
