In the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a living room with dining area and access to an overhanging balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
The outdoor area also has a barbecue, an overgrown terrace and a large table. This is a villa with its own bedrooms, the problem area for up to 12 + 2 guests. The interior is beautifully furnished, so you can stay at the house. All rooms at Villa Hedone are air conditioned and can be easily reached. The villa is just 2 km from the city center.
