The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1975, renovated in 2012 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For common use are available: swing, garden shower, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Medulin. The holiday apartement is located on a 1700 sqm, closed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Parking lot on the property.

Outdoor pool (6 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
