This detached three-storey house in Medulin is situated at the entrance to the village of Medulin. If you stay in these comfortable apartments in Medulin, you will have a large pool on the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a playground for children at your disposal. There is also a covered parking lot. Beaches, restaurants, shops and numerous sports facilities are only a few steps away.
The sunshades and deckchairs cost 2,00 Euro per day.

Medulin

We could really relax, the pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos. A swim in the morning, then the day can begin. The owners were available with advice and assistance.

If there were any problems or questions, the owner could be approached directly, as she lives in the apartment above. Down by the promenade, there are plenty of restaurants and shops, but also in the immediate vicinity, you can find a bakery and a large supermarket as well as various restaurants. The nearest city, Pula, is only 7 km away. We visited it once. On another day, we were in Rovinj. A very beautiful romantic town on the west coast of Istria, about 50 km away.

The accommodation is very good. Personally, we didn't like the beach that much. But that's not a problem.

Very nice time

It was a very relaxing vacation. Enjoying coffee in the morning by the pool, what more could you want? The owner was very helpful and super friendly.

Great vacation

Overall a great vacation. The apartment was clean and the caretakers, who live next door, were really helpful with all our questions and problems. Nice pool, shared with several other parties. The property is beautiful and everything is very well maintained. Shopping, bakery, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. However, it must be said that the apartment is really small and definitely not suitable for a vacation with three people. And the WiFi reception is very poor. Medulin has become a holiday hotspot in the meantime. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the right place, at least if you are in the area near the harbor. Conclusion: another great vacation in Croatia, although we will look for a quieter spot next time.

Clean

We had a small house right by the pool. Clean. Extremely friendly landlord. 2300 m to the 1 A diving base Shark Diver, 700 m to a quiet beach. The center is also easily accessible on foot, even at higher temperatures. Shopping facilities and restaurants just around the corner. The pool was always clean and refreshing, even in very high outdoor temperatures. Comfortable loungers and umbrellas for each holiday family at the pool. Well-maintained grounds with lots of greenery (olive trees, palms, hibiscus, etc.). We had a nice vacation! The only improvement request would be that the agreements regarding parking could be resolved so that you could come and go by car at any time.
