Wenn es irgendwelche Probleme oder Fragen gab, konnte die Eigentümerin direkt angesprochen werden, da sie in der Wohnung darüber wohnt. Unten an der Promenade sind genügend Restaurants und Geschäfte, aber auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man einen Bäcker und einen großen Supermarkt sowie verschiedene Restaurants. Die nächste Stadt Pula ist lediglich 7 km entfernt. Dort waren wir einmal. An einem anderen Tag waren wir in Rovinj. Eine sehr schöne romantische Stadt an der Westküste Istriens ca 50 km entfernt.

Vielen Dank, es war alles wunderbar, ich würde alles mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Besonders schön ist die Anlage mit Pool, und die Vermieterin war sehr, sehr freundlich.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut.Uns persönlich gefiel der Strand nicht so gut.Aber das ist kein Problem

Sehr schöne Zeit
Es war ein sehr erholter Urlaub. Den Kaffee morgens am pool genießen, was will man mehr. Besitzerin sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich.

Great vacation
Overall a great vacation. The apartment was clean and the caretakers, who live next door, were really helpful with all our questions and problems. Nice pool, shared with several other parties. The property is beautiful and everything is very well maintained. Shopping, bakery, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. However, it must be said that the apartment is really small and definitely not suitable for a vacation with three people. And the WiFi reception is very poor. Medulin has become a holiday hotspot in the meantime. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the right place, at least if you are in the area near the harbor. Conclusion: another great vacation in Croatia, although we will look for a quieter spot next time.

Clean
We had a small house right by the pool. Clean. Extremely friendly landlord. 2300 m to the 1 A diving base Shark Diver, 700 m to a quiet beach. The center is also easily accessible on foot, even at higher temperatures. Shopping facilities and restaurants just around the corner. The pool was always clean and refreshing, even in very high outdoor temperatures. Comfortable loungers and umbrellas for each holiday family at the pool. Well-maintained grounds with lots of greenery (olive trees, palms, hibiscus, etc.). We had a nice vacation! The only improvement request would be that the agreements regarding parking could be resolved so that you could come and go by car at any time.

If there were any problems or questions, the owner could be directly addressed as she lives in the apartment above. There are plenty of restaurants and shops at the promenade, but there is also a bakery and a large supermarket as well as various restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The nearest city Pula is only 7 km away. We were there once. On another day we went to Rovinj. A very beautiful romantic city on the west coast of Istria, about 50 km away.
