The standig individually holiday home, built in 1981 and renovated in 2017 is rustic and functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location.
Location
Gross Kordshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The place is located in the resting area for migratory birds (cranes and geese) and offers in the fall and spring of this special natural spectacle. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Kitchen (walk-through room) with electric stove (2 plates), fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

Included in the price: internet access, high chair, parking place, electricity, gas, water, Welcome drink, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 20 € per object per stay. On request: Laundry package (hand towels, bed linen - please order at booking) 5 € per person per first time use and changing.
