The studio is located in a house built in 2012, was renovated in 2022, and is furnished in a modern, rustic, and functional style. The property is situated on a farm, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: bicycle storage room. The washing machine is located in a separate room in the holiday home and can be used for a fee after consultation with the landlord.

Gross Kordshagen. The studio is located on a farm, on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The house with a view of nature is situated in a rural area characterised by forests, meadows and the Bodden landscape. In spring and autumn, the crane roost is a special natural spectacle. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 500 m). Parking on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with (4 places), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), dishwasher, fridge (170 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and the microwave has an integrated baking function. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Wenn das letzte Stück Radweg noch verbessert würde, wäre das super. Aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts.
